Kimberly Thornton 

Hi! My name is Kimberly Thornton, and I am the Director of Career Services at LSU Shreveport (LSUS). I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from LSU and a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. I am working on a Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership-Higher Administration at Louisiana Tech University. I have been at LSUS for a little over 11 years in a variety of student affairs departments including student activities, admissions, and career services.
